David Sattler earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1985 from the University of Cincinnati, and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1986 from Texas A&M University, specializing in thermodynamics and heat transfer with practical applications - the way energy moves and transforms. These applications included: Design and Management of Energy Systems, Power Generation, and building energy use.
His vast and international work experience began as a Junior Engineer at Beckjord Power Plant, a coal fired power plant from 1981 to 1985. Then he was a Contractor of BMS installations for Staefa Control System internationally where he designed, project managed, installing, and writing code from 1987 to 1995. Next, he Designed and Project Managed HVAC Projects as a Consulting Engineering. This entailed, mechanical services design and with project management from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, he managed a Consulting Engineering Firm from 1997 to 2013 as owner of Sattler Consulting engaged in BMS, HVAC, LEED Building Design, Energy Systems, and Procurement for various large clients’ portfolios. Finally, from 2017 to present David is working as National Energy Manager ($1.2 B utilities) at Cushman and Wakefield, Verizon Account, designing over $370M of Energy conservation measures for the client.
David has conducted research of various technologies:
1) Repeated Nicola Tesla’s design of pulling Energy out of the Earth, combining Tesla's and Schauberger's work innovating a new form of energy generation - a mini power plant.
2) He was Managing Consulting Engineer developing a Disruptive Vortex Hydroelectric System. Testing conducted was presented to universities for continued research and development. Further he helped design and implement trials in Murray River in Australia.
3) David developed the world’s most efficient air conditioner 40 times more efficient then in the current market. He received Australian government funding for further development.
4) Further development and partner with Disruptive Hydrogen Production System. Latest testing showed can be a closed loop with Hydrogen Production at $0.20/kg.
5) Designed a Vortex Solar Wind Tower – 20 times more efficient than present designs and uses no solar panels or thermal conversion technologies. Simple and cost effective.
